Does anyone know if the flying display lineup is complete or is there more to add?

I really hope there is more. It's a little thin right now.

Depends on how many private operators have splashed the cash on the costs
Of display authorization and big cost of display insurance for the year,
Very doubt many have took the risk in these times with very few shows to justify
The outlay.

*Duxford Summer Air Show Update*

In light of the latest government guidance, we’re delighted to announce a number of changes to the Duxford Summer Air Show 2021:

- All hangars and exhibition spaces will now be open, providing even more for ticket holders to explore and enjoy over the weekend.

- All visitors will have unrestricted access to showground once they enter for the duration of their day. The Blue, Green and Red Zones will remain, but will be used for parking, entering and exiting the site only.

- More fantastic flying acts continue to be added to the schedule, which includes the RAF Red Arrows, P-47D Thunderbolt, TF-51D Mustang, Grumman Wildcat FM2, B-17G Flying Fortress, PBY-5A Catalina, RAF Typhoon, five Spitfires and many more.

Changes in capacity mean that we can now release more tickets for both days. We’re delighted to enable more visitors to attend one of the only in-person air shows taking place this year. Tickets are still advance only and will sell fast.
Displays added

Supermarine Spitfire PR Mk.XI PL963
Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Ia AR213
Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Ia X4650
Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Ia N3200
Republic P-47D Thunderbolt
TF-51D Mustang ‘Contrary Mary’
P-51D Mustang ‘The Hun Hunter Texas’
Grumman Wildcat FM2

Great news really looking forward to the event now. Will still be taking a mask though as you can't be too safe. I believe there are more warbirds to be added as well.

Some due to be added listed below:
Spitfire MK PRXIX PS853
Spitfire MK.Vb EP120
Spitfire MK Vb BM597
Spitfire MK Vc JG891
Spitfire MK T.IX PV202
Spitfire MK T9 PT462
Spitfire MK T9 ML407
Spitfire MK XVI TD248
Spitfire MK XIVe RN201
Spitfire MK Vc AR501
P51D G-CMDK
Hispano Buchon (Sywell)

I would love to see the Russian and American spitfires added to this list of spits as well. :thumb:

I will have to take a mask anyway, as I am travelling from NI that still has mask restrictions so will need it for airport and flight. Won't be wearing it outdoors at Duxford, probably just for trains/buses. Hangars will be a judgement call based on how busy they will be.

Where is your information coming from Vulcan, EP10 and RN201 are still under maintenance according to information online at the moment. BM597 has not flown this year so think that will be optimistic at best. don't get me wrong I would love to see them all but I haven't seen any other information available to confirm these, also surely Duxford would benefit by posting these additions online sooner to sell more tickets. Still can't wait for next week.

My source comes from an insider at the IWM I do agree with you though that the list is optimistic and of course the usual caveats apply to the list.

Line up seems low for this event. Prospect of poor weather, think i will give this a miss this year.
