Because the Germans don't do flying displays. Even the Phantom event later in the year at Wittmund is not a "display". Suggest you look in to the Ramstein airshow disaster.

Hi all, quick question. Has anyone ever or seen anyone being able to stand outside the airfield on the A15 on show days? Ill be going into the show one day but fancied a different angle the other day in regards to photography. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Useually there are quite a few people outside the airfield on show days .I think(and I will stand corrected) that these people park up in Bracebridge Heath and walk the rest of the way.Or maybe some of them pay to get onto the airfield and just simply go out onto the grass verges on the A15 get the pictures they want and go back into the show. There are a few threads somewhere about this either on F.C. or one of the other aviation forums.

Looks like the Swedish Historic Flight plans to send a Tunnan, 105 and a Viggen to Waddo and Fairford, Here's hoping.

Unless your grasp of Swedish is better than Google Translate, "Ej Klar" tranlates as "Not Ready" (i.e. not approved.. The red background should have also been a clue).

I took that as one of the aircraft isn't ready, as it's still being worked on? Maybe taking Google's translation a little too literally, however!

Probably not, an would be great addition! Like to see France support show this year, an i dont mean like they did last year with Grob 120! Pair Mirage F1 or Mirage 2000 static would be appreciated!

The Grobs are much rarer, and I'm sure many people are thankful to CATS and the French Air Force for flying such an aircraft such a long way simply to show it off. Mirage F.1s and 2000s, however, have been seen in the UK on hundreds of occasions.
