I spoke to Andy on Sunday when I popped into their tent, he said it would be online on Plane Avgeek after the show for a a small fee.

Well I can't find it when I google Plane Avgeek but then maybe I should've gone to Specsavers. To make life easy for others has anyone got a link?

I think it’s planetavgeek you need to look for

Virtually all of the information required to create a full checklist for this year's show is already posted in this section and the Heads-up/OTT section, it just requires exact arrival & departure times and someone to compile it.
Any volunteers?

Ah ha, yes Planet Avgeek (not Plane Avgeek) it is, but when I get to their website it says I need to pay £5 for one year data subscription to get access to their database (but no mention of a RIAT 2024 checklist) but I can only subscribe to the database if I am a member apparently. There is nothing about how to join Planet Avgeek as a member! I think these website are designed and run by computer nerds who happen to be aviation geeks or maybe Planet Avgeeks is some sort of secret society that requires a nod and a wink and a dodgy handshake to get in.

Sorry, didn't realise I made a typo in my original reply.

It was designed by me when I was part of the Threshold.aero team, so yes, that pretty much sums it up.
https://planetavgeek.co.uk/ -> Click "Click here to subscribe to the Data Centre" -> in the new window that opens, choose annual or lifetime membership by clicking the relevant "buy now" button -> Fill out relevant information and click "sign up" button -> pay.
I am unsure when the RIAT 2024 checklist will be available (I think Andy from Threshold.aero told me, I just can't remember!) but it's usually a few weeks after the event.

Of course not, everyone wants it done for them (which is why I don't do it any more)

I didn't attend RIAT this year but could compile a fairly accurate checklist from what is already posted here on FC and from the spreadsheet that POL created. Just a pity that I don't have the time.
dennisblade's Sunday list on page 49 here is a great help :-

What serials are you all still looking for?

OK, I now realise I just create a username and password when I fill out the form! I'm now subscribed - very useful database but yes unfortunately the checklist isn't there yet for RIAT 2024 so I will just check-off to Fighter Control info - I'll get a cup of tea first.....

It always amazes me when people almost
demand checklists (for free!) and get annoyed when they are not available as if this information should be given to them by right! I've got a reasonably accurate (hopefully) spreadsheet for 2024 -the info for which was based mostly on PlanesTV's footage as well as information posted here on this forum and/or tracking sites.
For what it's worth I think your (POL) previous checklists are the best out there (time of arrival and callsigns were a great addition) and I for one would be willing to pay for a 2025 one even if it is just for a few that are willing to pay to get accurate information.

The beauty of an Airshow Checklist as I have found during my time as an Aviation Enthusiast is that it saves you time where you can take your pictures of the Static or film the flying display or for the reason for an Airshow is to look around and enjoy the day.......

Absolutely, Unknown74, but to expect the checklist to be done for you for free is where my problem lies. Not suggesting you have a problem with that of course just clarifying

StevenNFFC whatever happened to air enthusiasts helping each other out? I and many others frequently post logs etc from airfields. As for myself I am happy to pay for a checklist for RIAT and have done so just now but unfortunately threshold.aero/planet avgeek haven't got round to doing the checklist yet! And in the past it was free and done during or just after the airshow which is why I asked where it was this year.

Far too many so-called enthusiasts on this site wanting everything done for them, rather than putting a bit of effort in, imho
Mike is always on the ball, imho

The checklist will be up on Planet Avgeek this evening. We decided not to do the live movements and checklists as weve done in the past, as
1; it was far too much work, and
2; Someone sent it verbatim to a well known aviation society for them to put in their monthly news mag with no credit to Threshold.
The movements list will become a printed magazine/booklet which will be sold via the Hard Deck, our online merch store. We expect it to be a few months for that.
