Ticket issue

Hope someone can help. I am unable to locate the email with my ticket attachment for tomorrow, please could someone tell me the email it is sent from or any other info that may help me. I have the receipt email but not the ticket one

You should be able to login to your account and see the tickets you've got there?

The enquiries one just shows a receipt and says ticket will be in a separate email
