Do you guys think that with it also being a Farnborough year there is a chance that the USAF will send a kc-46 to both RIAT and Farnborough?

A KC46 appeared at Oshkosh last year (and left in lovely evening light). There are a few about.

30 or so delivered to USAF so far and 20 of those to 22ARW at McConnell. It cannot be long before we see one at RIAT
