US F16 has an issue, vibrations in the cockpit.

Just done a fly through and can see rear right stabiliser is flapping at the rear. On approach to land now

The Slovenian PC-9 isn't there so that won't be displaying either
Cheers

I can understand why people are upset about sunday display being different to the saturday but have to pay the same amount but you get what seems like almost 2 hours less flying display. I know you get to choose what day you go but some people dont have a choice whether its work or family comitments.

Looks damaged from a picture I saw - did he hit the runway

The F16 suffered a bird strike.

Assume that's just a rumour. No bird strike was reported and it appeared that the rear of the left stabilator had delaminated

I got that information from Gloustershire Live but they've since added "Confirmation when we get it"

No B-2 flypast then.

It sounded quite a strong rumour being promulgated (a Boris word!) by people including myself.

There was no bird strike. The stabiliser trailing edge structure failed during a high speed pass followed by a 9g right turn away from crowd.

The pilot's comms to tower stated that the tailhook had deployed inadvertently. At that speed, and manoeuvring, I imagine the aerodynamic forces on adjacent structures could be pretty severe?
