Ticket request Monday RIAT

Long shot.

If anybody has a ticket for park and view Monday can they give me a shout.

Unfortunately I work in AE and was unable to confirm day off re rota.

Now I have confirmed , the damn tickets have sold out.

There are tickets available on the day I believe, not sure on quantity, but it is first come first served.

Any idea on the logistics of how that's works.
The queue eastern end is usually fearsome.
Does one go to the front pay up then join the back of queue
Or
join the queue for 2 hours and wait until you get all the way to the front but then find there is no admittance ?

From memory there's a ticket booth off to one side. Go there, get ticket, join back of queue (or spot your friend near the front and join them )

That better not happen again this year people joining their mates at the front, really annoying after standing in the queue since 4.30am and some people turn up at 7am and join their mates in front of you...makes you wonder why you queue sometimes!!!!

I am also looking for a ticket for Monday departures as my work rota has only just been confirmed too, and it's the only day I am off.
Can't risk a 300 mile round trip on the off-chance that I might get one on the day, so hoping someone on here might be able to help.

Has anyone had experience of being on the waiting list for Monday for a potential ticket, I'm on it and wonder, regarding turning up on the day get there early and be amongst the first, towards the front of que they shout out for anyone with out tickets and you go to the quiosk, I normally wait 5:00 onwards

I got to P&V West about 8:15 last year and they still had some tickets left from what I could see.

I think from previous years its that the tickets are still available online on the day but no-one could actually get to them (2017 my friend had that issue)

Sorry for the very late request.
Has anybody got a spare ticket for Monday's departure day?
I live near Manchester and do not really want to make a possibly wasted journey if I could not buy a ticket on the day.
