You'll love the Swiss display mate, was brilliant last year, would say the best F-18 display imo
Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2019 Discussion Thread
Nah, Finnish and Spanish are far superior. Only tops the RCAF attempt AFIAC.

That’s why I said ‘in my opinion‘ lol one of the best, Canadian wasn’t bad but not brilliant. Finnish and Spanish weren’t amazing when I saw ‘em last.

Just wondering does anyone know if the Romanian Mig has a new display pilot for this year after the terrible accident of last year? Cannot see anything online and was wondering if it might appear at RIAT this year?

Agreed there, to be honest to them they aren't actually bad at all, but you have to book in a toilet break somewhere

Agreed, got a good bit of respect for them. 2017 Saturday they went up and tried in worsening conditions. Looking forward to seeing a proper display from them. I missed a lot of their Sunday display due to being inside some of the static aircraft.
Re: Royal International Air Tattoo 2019 Discussion Thread
I think the Falcons always put on a great display, last year in their new livery they looked even better. My opinion only it is nice to have a break now and again from fast grey jets and have a team which adds a little bit of colour. I have been going to RIAT on and off since the days of Greenham and the Jordanians have always been great supporters of the event. I may be wrong but wasn't the late King Hussein of Jordan a patron at one stage and always a frequent visitor.
