Took me a while to work out what/who DBH is - can we stick to simple english going forward to appeal to the masses please.
FYI DBH is simply the company that runs RIAT (Royal International Air Tattoo). No different to RAC or BBC essentially.

Hope this helps.
It's not the company, it's the building at Fairford that the RIAT team work from all year round - Douglas Bader House.

I'm not bothered really, I don't know what this "amigo" cr@p is all about anyway as I don't know anyone else on here, and Red-Eyed-Nought seems to think that we're all ganging-up against him/her/it. He/she/it just flies off the handle whenever it suits and is all rather pathetic really.

Enjoy it Spencer, you'll love the show! :thumb:

To be honest, I don't know - there is always a chance there will be a surprise on the day, or even some announcements in the run up to it. We live in hope! :)
I went last year (my first military airshow since Mildenhall 96). I took my wife, who then spent a week in hospital & the following 5 weeks off work due to severe heatstroke & dehydration. There’ll be less drama if I go with my brother :D And he’ll know the planes. Unlike my wife...the flanker was the “pretty one”, the typhoon was the “noisy one” & the a400 was the “big one”

Dear oh dear what is this forum becoming? And people suggest UKAR as the site for off topic discussions :grr:

Suggestion to the Admin. Make one thread "participants updates only" and one with "opinions" like wow or about beer or whatever you wanna moan about.

...This is why it's called the discussion thread...?

It's not just a simple case of moving one problem to another area (creating more, unnecessary work for admins) it just needs to be monitored in one area, and people just need to be more sensible before commenting. If you want to see a clusterf**k, look at UKAR's thread, that one's a nightmare

Tempest will be located in the Blue Zone near flag number 5.
By no means a proper aircraft, but Tempest concept will be present in the static park on ''ALL THREE DAYS''

I missed it last year and haven't been able to attend any other shows it has attended yet, so it'll be nice to see it so the F-35b can actually start to look beautiful in comparison :pop:

Right, I've had enough of the crap that comes along with RIAT now. Next time it get's bitchy or strays of topic, there will be bans. I'm not waking up after work to find more of the same or reported post in this thread

Like the majority of people on UKAR unfortunately. Please don’t be like them everyone, stay civil.

Now, here’s a thought for everyone this evening. What could possibly be in tomorrow’s update? Anything at all? Lots more static aircraft?

I’m hoping for the Japanese, as I really can’t see the Indians currently in France turning up.

Now that would be something if the were announced  , but I reckon the Japanese is a good shout for this week as they are usually one of the last to confirm.

According to the RIAT nutters (yes I know  ) the E-6 might have cancelled
That would be a pity if it did cancel, I guess we might find out today if we get an update :S
