Look on ADSB for it to appear over North Dakota, divide 4000 by its airspeed, then make yourself a sandwich and a flask of tea. Loads of time to watch its arrival.

Does it use standard ATC ? Will it work Brize etc like a "normal " aircraft?

It should do, or that's happened when I've listened to the Americans operating their RPAS via LiveATC
