True! I'll back away quietly!

I think people forget how much time and effort is put into arranging an airshow, in particular RIAT which is easily the biggest and best in the world! Yes, times have changed and there are less aircraft in the world nowadays that are being operated by countries with much tighter budgets but the airshow doesn't 'just happen'! I was a volunteer there for 18 years so I have a pretty good idea how much work is involved, and that's not forgetting the full timers who will start work on next years show as soon as this one is over.

If you don't like it, stay at home! Personally, it always gets a thumbs up from me!
