Easy peasy. Very efficient. Checked your bags then checked your ticket. I had a BIG rucksack full of stuff which went through the scanner. Didn't enter at a peak time though but took less than 3 mins end to end.

Hi,
The Swindon shuttle bus was there any problems today please. How long were the queues ?and where are the drop off and pick stops please.
Thank you
SW
Took over an hour and half each way. They were turning up at the end sporadically. 3rd year doing the Swindon Shuttle Bus and this was by far the worst. Not looking forward to tomorrow and Sunday

Took me 45 minutes to get in to Blue car parks from Stratton St Margaret this morning.

Got to the roundabout off the A419, then got sent back towards Swindon to use the alternative route. This was around 8am.

No issue at all leaving around 5pm.

In case it helps, I did a quick runaround. Arrived Swindon Stn 1000, 10-15 mins wait for the bus at the bus station 5 mins walk away. Short queue. First return bus from the airfield Bus Stop 8 was 1400, no queue for that.

It's 6.38 and we're through security already.

They're doing security first and then holding us for tickets. Brilliant set up. We've got access to toilets, merch, and coffee, and no queueibg

Well, it's definitely queuing at blue once past security. It's a half decent idea in principle but could have done with more than 1 coffee & donuts stand...

It's been uploaded on social media but I would guess its inaccurate as there's been 4 cancellations (Danish F-16, Polish F-16, Lancaster and Hungarian Gripen)

Yep, it had some issue after landing from it's display. The team later posted on fb saying its going into static along their two seater which is also broken. Back up jet arriving today but I don't think it will be in time to display. Sunday should be OK though.

Can someone let us know if Event Mobility scooter collection point in Green car park are outside the new entry system, or relocated in between the 'holding area' please. If they are still outside in the car park, it must mean the souls with mobility issues having to stay sat in their cars then join the very back of the queue once they have collected their scooter, whereas up until now, have been able to queue up at entrance in car park then a family member just popping across to get their scooter as soon as Event Mobility staff open the trailers. Hence the reason we are going to live stream today and tomorrow rather than be there in person. I'm hoping someone will prove me wrong and that the scooter hire people have been located in the holding area.

I did Friday this year. Can anyone please clarify the Danish F-16 serials? I noted E-006 flying yesterday, but the other has been quoted as ET-167 and ET-197 - or is one of those the replacement for the two broken ones?
Also I noted Finnish Hornet HN-427 flying, but HN-445 had been quoted as present but I didn't see it n static...
Finally, where was the Moroccan Hercules parked yesterday?!

ET-167 and HN-445 are mistakes on the list.

ET-197
HN-427 is the only one there as far as I know.
The Moroccan C-130 went home on Wednesday.

HN-445 apparently arrived after the show yesterday? It's not been reported anywhere else though so I assumed it wasn't true and ignored it!

In case you weren't aware, padlocks are not allowed into the ground, so I had my rucksack padlock confiscated! (Due to the stop oil protesters apparently).

So leave your padlocks in the car.
