http://www.airtattoo.com/airshow/visiti ... st-updatesFor the first time in 30 years, the German Army will provide an MBB Bo105 helicopter display at the Air Tattoo. The Heeresfliegerwaffenschule (School of Army Aviation) is sending examples of the de-armed Bo105P1 variant for both the flying display and static park at RIAT 2015. The last time a German Army Bo105 flew at the show in 1985, legendary display pilot Capt Karl 'Charly' Zimmermann, now retired, won the Sir Douglas Bader Trophy for best overall flying demonstration - his second such award.
In commemoration of the 75th anniversary of the Battle of Britain, in which 145 of its pilots took part, Poland is making a substantial contribution to RIAT 2015. The Polish Air Force's solo MiG-29 'Fulcrum' display will return to the flying programme, while a Su-22 'Fitter' and C295 will feature in the static park; from the Polish Navy will come a Mi-14 'Haze' and M28 Bryza, both for static display.
Senior military leaders from both the Belgian Air Component and the German Air Force have confirmed they will be attending RIAT 2015.
The German Navy is sending to RIAT its biggest contingent of aircraft for many years. Examples of its fixed-wing maritime aircraft, the P-3C Orion and Dornier 228, will be joined by a trio of helicopters: a Sea King, a Sea Lynx, and for the first time a civilian-registered EC135 now being used for training. All will be on static display as part of the Securing the Skies operational theme at RIAT 2015.
Further fast jet action in the RIAT 2015 flying programme will come from the Belgian Air Component's always entertaining F-16 Fighting Falcon demo, flown this year by Cdt Tom 'Gizmo' De Moortel in his first display season. Belgium's other contributions are all in the static park - C-130H Hercules and Embraer ERJ-135 or ERJ-145 transports, plus, for the first time, an Airbus NH90 MTH utility helicopter.
That's Sea King & Sea LYNX.Dan214sqn wrote:http://www.airtattoo.com/airshow/visiti ... -confirmed

Absolutely agree with mbo570, the USN and USAF make RIAT more exciting!mbo570 wrote:Hoping for some confirmation from the USAF/US Navy too
airtyphoonA very rare sight in the flying display, one not witnessed for a long time at a public event, will be that of RAF, German Air Force and Italian Air Force Tornados giving a number of formation flypasts. This will mark 35 years since the now disbanded Tri-National Tornado Training Establishment received its first aircraft at RAF Cottesmore.
Textron Aviation has confirmed that it will bring to RIAT this year a number of interesting special mission aircraft from its extensive product range. Following its world debut at last year's Air Tattoo, the Textron AirLand Scorpion tactical jet is due to re-appear, accompanied by a Beechcraft AT-6B Texan II light attack aircraft and a Beechcraft Baron G58 intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance platform.
Grob Aircraft of Germany is sending a G120TP basic turboprop trainer for static display. This type will in future provide elementary flying training to UK military student pilots, being part of the Affinity Group's successful bid for the fixed-wing element of the Military Flight Training System (MFTS) programme.
Since announcing last month that the Czech Air Force will be sending a JAS-39C Gripen and Mil Mi-24V/Mi-35 'Hind' for our flying display and an L-159 ALCA (Advanced Light Combat Aircraft) and a C295 transport for static, we've been informed the Czechs intend sending a second Mil Mi-24V/Mi-35 for static display.
