In fairness it can only ever be intent when it comes to a Tornado!

Have I missed something... What is the superb little gem that was to be announced today? I see nothing in the update that fits the bill.

The U2 I would have said was a superb little gem but that was confirmed yesterday.

So the addition of the A4 Skyhawk is cr*p then is it? Are you serious?

No...a nice addition...just would not say it was a superb little gem.

Just my opinion.

First time we've seen one at RIAT since 1977 and you say it's not impressive? :S

Wow... I didn't think my post would cause so much upset to you guys.

No where did I say the A4 was cr*p as bizfreeq put it, nor did I say it was not impressive.

I just did not see it as a superb little gem.

As I said before, just my opinion, which I will now keep to myself in future.

Great update again today, that's two days in a row!
Hats off to Tom and the team at DBH for getting the 'Scooter' to RIAT, never would I thought I'd get the chance to see one of these in today's climate.
Still 2 weeks to go and it's looking fantastic already.

I was always under the impression it was 2 in the first place - but I'll certainly not moan if another one's been added.
This is certainly shaping up to be an excellent event in the modern era of air shows (budgets, smaller air arms, military a/c actually being used for what they were designed rather than "just" being a deterrant) so well done to the team setting it all up.

Sorry guys, my bad..well it was a nice surprise for me as I really did think it was just the 1 lol

It's gonna be a class airshow as it always is

Bit off topic with my reply, but be careful. Royal Mail no longer allow batteries to be posted on their own and need them to be inside the device they are used for (camera, phone etc) Just had that happen to me. First time batteries never showed, 2nd time was sent via recorded delivery and was stopped flagged as 'dangerous' by royal mail, been told due to the content it will not be delivered due to them being outside the device as per royal mail policy that has recently changed.

Still waiting for the Bomber fly past to be added, B-1 take off alone on the show days will make it worthwhile for most!

RAF Tornado cancelled too. However, it is not Pinky who is still coming it seems.

Not surprised in the slightest about those cancellations.

Looks just great at the moment. Think we have been spoilt so far, you just think something else is just around the corner.

We're getting two. From what Tom said on UKAR, we haven't lost one.
