Decent update, shame about the lack of Polish Air Force and Romanian Air Force attendance. Wasn't the cancelled Lithuanian Spartan only confirmed last week?

Just noticed the P40 is indeed canceled- always likely after it was sold, still a shame tho, the display at Southport last year was a cracker!

I contacted the Polish Mig 29 demo team last week and they confirmed no UK airshows for them in 2017

Very nice static update! Filling up now! :thumb:

Shame about the Romanian and Polish decline but, it can't be helped.

EDIT: Latest e-mail seems to suggest a KC-135 will be on static.

Have to say I'm a little surprised about the Polish declining altogether, they have supported the show extremely well over the last few years. Fingers crossed they'll be back next year

One, maybe two weekly updates to go. Hopefully we'll get confirmation of the LN jets next week, C's & E's appears to be the rumours. Would be nice for the HH-60 to make a their final appearance as a UK residence, will become unlikely when they move to Italy.

Looking at the invited nations, Irish is still a possibility, they seem to confirm in the last few weeks every year. Would be nice if Royal New Zealand Air Force and Pakistan Air Force can finally confirm too

Role demo with the HH60 would be good

For anyone attending on Friday 14th, it has been announced that the two F-22's plus the Thunderbirds will be taking part in the annual Bastille day flypast over Paris.

Potentially interesting post from Director of RIAT Air Ops on Twitter this evening.
Are the aviation gods smiling on me after all these years? Maybe, just maybe ......

That is cryptic enough to get the forums chattering!
Could be something anything though but hopefully it's something nice

Well, there are 2 "b"s in there, one can hope it's a clue?
