Good to see the FAP C-295 returning. Also the handy new column showing the days displaying is a good idea, just a shame the Estonian L-39 appears to be friday only.

Edit, must learn to read..

Hopefully the Estonian L-39C will be put on Static for the weekend.

Also the AAC Bell 212 has cancelled

Does the 2nd Polish Su-22M confirmed as flying mean they will display as a pair?

An extra 45 mins of flying display confirmed also - think this in itself is an impressive update.

Also - I thought it was just 3 F35's for the show, seems now there is 4?

4 does appear to be the case, maybe an extra one for a hangar queen ;)

Su-22, they clearly state it is for static only, which i hope means they'll both be parked over at the east end, with one as a spare.

Regarding the extension of the flying program, it looks like they are shooting themselves in the foot there, Vulcan not invited because we cant fit it in, 2 weeks later an extension to the flying program... Personally i think there's either another team coming yet to be announced, or they've got something else planned.

Not to bring up old arguments re the Vulcan but I thought it was due to allocation of funds not the display schedule being full. Either way, I think you are right with the RIAT team having something up their sleeve for next week's Thursday's announcement.

Really looking forward to this years show but wont be much of a birthday celebration of the BAe Hawk particlarly when you consider how many airforces operate the Hawk!

Folks
I have been told that this is public knowledge by my sources, but it has not been mentioned here, so I can all tell you that 4 F35s and 2 KC10s will be coming between 1800-2000 this Sunday. The bomb dump will be open for parking and one of the gates will be open for viewing. RIAT will be employing marshalls for this event. I haven't heard anything about the C17 or KC130J

Fantastic news - thanks! Are those times local or zulu? If someone can post the NOTAM as soon as it's published to show the airfield opening times, that might help.
Now all we need is for the weather to co-operate?
