Most likely the BBMF fighters, landed at Southampton earlier due to crosswind at Fairford.

Imagine it'll still be fairly busy. Will try my best to update tomorrow morning.

Did anyone catch what the formation of 3 passing to the north of the airfield was, just after the 3 formations of Tornado's passed over head?

Can confirm that the BBMF fighters (3x Spitfires and 2x Hurricanes) landed at 1815l

Only saw the Tornados but 3 F35s were behind them in the flypast

There was a gap before the Rafales arrived, no?

Sadly too far for a camera fix.

Thanks for the replies :thumb:

85-0069 EL.
Thansk forgot there were two 069s. 83-0069 being preserved and 85-0069 currently at FFD
Has 85-0069 visited Fairford before? I'm sure Graham will know!
I logged it in the static at the Nellis AFB show on 8 November 2014 but don't seem to have seen it at Fairford.
First time at Fairford TM - brings the total number of B-1B's to visit the base to 57. Total for the UK is 73.

The 3 fighters were definitely the 3 F-35s. I did manage a picture to confirm that.
