I lost track of him shortly after he was mid-channel between Newport and Bristol...perhaps not RIAT bound after all then.

Thansk forgot there were two 069s. 83-0069 being preserved and 85-0069 currently at FFD
Has 85-0069 visited Fairford before? I'm sure Graham will know!
I logged it in the static at the Nellis AFB show on 8 November 2014 but don't seem to have seen it at Fairford.

Just to tie this up, he actually went into Bristol. Now departed heading north over mid wales 16.50L

No, the B-1B came from the East, or I should add. I didn't check for stuff coming that way :lol:

I know that at least 12 F-35A's deployed as a TSP to Japan in November 2017 but I've no idea if they are still there or which way they would travel if they were heading back home through Europe...
