The Royal Marines ( part of the Royal Navy ) have 847 NAS operating Wildcats - sadly these are marked as "ARMY" which must be an annoyance to them.

You will often her the callsign MARINE operating rom Yeovilton.

Thanks Yammer. Hold my hands up - should have checked.

So to MikeN - there'll be 2 Wildcats displaying.

Hi All….just a quick question if that’s ok!
I’ve never been to riat on a Friday and was wondering if there will be trade/squadron stalls, or are they there purely over the weekend?
Thanks 👍🏻

As I may speak for ourselves, currently our jets are scheduled to arrive on Thursday PM (subject to change). So in that case for sure we will be open with our stall on Friday! We will be in the green zone as far as I know.

Goldenplane. Thanks for the information.
On the Friday, the green zone is only partially open and I suspect from what has been said that the F16 line could be in the closed part towards the western end.
Over the last few years many of the crew stalls have been in the semi circle behind the central display in blue zone, by the walk way towards the FRIAT stand which is at the centre line of the runway.
I haven’t seen a map of the plan so far.

I hope they have a flying schedule handed out at the gate, or it is in the program that you have to buy. Does any know how much the program costs?

Think its £15 on the day, or you can buy a voucher online cheaper (maybe £10 or £12).

They always run through the flying display program over the air quite early on in the day, and give updates through the day.

FRIAT get a daily movement sheet on show days. I'm guessing it's unique to FRIAT. Maybe corporate too

How so? It's already painted and displaying before Farnborough?

And where did you get the info?

Are you sure?

The way I read the website, the Team are making their Farnborough debut, not that the livery will make its’ debut at the Show.
