So safely on the base the one thing I hate is queue jumpers yet again people just jumping in front of others that have been there well before they have.
Is it parking on base like most years please

Yes but you have to go in Red entrance not Yellow as previous years.

Yes first thing in is timed at 8.10am RAF Atlas.
09.10, not 08.10 as the airfield opens at 09.00.

I can have some sympathy for those disappointed with the B52 cancellation, was one I was really looking forward to seeing :( but am I gonna let that spoil my RIAT ? - Not a chance .
Yes, I would have liked to be seeing more exotic USA stuff flying , it is an AIRshow after all but it is what it is and I’m sure we will all enjoy a fabulous day .
Wee footnote from me on the comments about seeing the B-52s when deployed at Fairford , not as easy when you’re based up here near Glasgow . Hopefully get a chance to see them at future shows.
Enjoy the day(s) folks- been a long time coming :thumb:

I don’t want to get peoples hopes up and this is probably someone trolling.
But this was posted on a community page yesterday.

I’m not a member of the group so I can’t see. Is it the post about the F117? If so we’re a bit late for April fools!

I saw something on another page earlier this morning, claiming to be an F-117 photographed in the UK yesterday. Can't for the life of me find it now - suspect it was deleted as a wind-up.

That's the one.

If it was real, it would have been all over the Lakenheath/Mildenhall spotter pages when it arrived and departed. Assuming it hasn't snuck in under the cover of darkness - but the photos appear to show it in daylight.
