Spitfire and Mustang at Boscombe Down

Seen a military aircraft recently but NOT at one of the bases or airfields listed below? Maybe it flew over the top of you today? Need to tie up the serial? Ask in here. Requests less than 6 months old only please.

This may come as a surprise but yesterday 22.09.21 there was a Mustang 413779 parked near the 23/05 taxiway which was today joined by a Spitfire with 5 bladed propellor so a Mk 19 probably. which had a vehicle parked next to it obscuring the serial. Does anyone have any idea what this might have been?

Spit was PS853/G-RRGN. Both operated by Rolls Royce.

They've been around for the last week or so. Not seen everyday, but when flying one is in formation with an Extra 300.
