Visited Palmdale museum on 18-1-2025
In a small shed / restoration workshop within the museum there is an F-5 single seat in bare metal - it looks like it may have been grey like a Norwegian?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks
By the way the F-117A 80-0785 that was preserved on base is now preserved near the main plant 42 gate

Re: Palmdale request
Think it must be F-5E 741529/06 USMC that was missing from the main museum display
Not required unfortunately

F-5E 74-1529 is apparently with the museum. There is a photograph of it on the net in a temporary building completely stripped of paint.

Thanks
That confirms it
I don't need it unfortunately
On a separate note we went to Lancaster Fox field - a first visit for me - made a KC-97 and pot of the day a former RAF Argosy XP447 what a machine!
Lovely picture of her in her prime in 1968 :-
