As requested, here's a sticky of crash site forums mentioned so far -
Irish Crash sites -
http://www.skynet.ie/~dan/war/crashes.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
More Irish info -
http://homepage.eircom.net/~wrgi/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
USAF injury records -
http://www.usaafdata.com/?q=search" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Feel free to add to this and I'll tidy it into one resource for you. Cheers Stubie!

A long shot....
I would like to research a meteor crash which occurred nearby (Malvern) in 1950. I have basic info such as type, pilot, registration etc from the good (but now non-existence) test flying memorial web site. It crashed near to where a friend now lives and he has asked for more info such as cause, exact location (it may have been on his land). Were there official reports done , similar to the MAAS which now exist, or is it a case of researching local archives for press cuttings etc.?
Have found sites on American crashes but little on RAF / UK.
Would welcome any thoughts / guidance.
Thanks
