RAFA Airshows at RAF HUCKNALL (1960's/1970's)

Hello all,
I think that this might be a big ask, but does anyone have any logs or information regarding the RAFA airdays held at RAF Hucknall during the 1960's/1970's? Of particular interet would be participating and static aircraft at any of the events.

Sure my dad has said that the Blue Angels were on at one of the Hucknall shows? Would have been quite sight! Sadly the historic airfield is now rapidly disappearing under an identikit housing development with inadequate road infrastructure.

Quick google revealed Blue Angels were at the 1973 show with F-4s. This site has pics and more general stuff about the Hucknall shows-

Hi all. As a regular attendee of the RAFA shows at Hucknall since the mid 60's (indeed, it's where my brother introduced me to the passion for military aircraft) I have very fond memories of the annual event. The last one was held in 1973 with the "Blue Angels" F4J's and C130 "Fat Albert" being the star items. Lower key events have taken place until closure recently. I should have some logs somewhere for the shows 1967-73 so if you would like me to post them on here please let me know.

Not knowing much about these events, I reviewed members inputs above and looked at a bit of history on Google etc.
Very interesting.
