Re: RAF Valley Families Day
FA-86 had a miscoded box showing as "FA-91", much to the relief of many...

Where did you hear about a B-1 as there has been nothing posted anywhere else. Unless someone is pulling your...er leg!

Also Juno ZM519 arr as "SYS31" presume connected with Arrows display.
Spit PRXIX PM631 arr from Hawarden to display and dep to Shawbury.
Chinook HC6A ZA680 (a relatively recent conversion at Boscombe, flying as Mk6A 4/20), displayed;
Chinook HC5 ZH899, also 27 Sqn, departed to Snowdonia as "Vortex 433".

Re: RAF Valley Families Day
I know the man who organised it and it was OK'd by USAF, but I'm assuming it was scuppered by the types atrocious maintenance issues coupled with only 4-6 flying at any one time the B-1 was in my mind a non starter.Nighthawke wrote: ↑Thu Aug 12, 2021 1:27 pmWhere did you hear about a B-1 as there has been nothing posted anywhere else.
