MC-130J Approach(es) to Valley? Mon 27/7/20

11-5731 [AE4E19] "Strix67" showed on adsb exchange in Newborough area @ 1230L (6725ft) and headed SE climbing to 9000ft over mid-Wales, went to BZZ for (further) approaches. Further confirmation required please

It did 3 approaches onto R19 at Valley. First eas a missed approach then 2 PAR's before heading to BZN for ILS approaches
