Post by TombsRIP » Wed Dec 04, 2019 11:52 pm

Fri 29/11/19: XX200/CO taxy (NWS/brakes) checks initially along rwy 19; to active rwy 13 (0952z) presume for T/O for airtest but turned off main back to VAS; XX285/CK spcl 100 Ann mks (presume crew ferry for aborted airtest) dep 1125z RTB Culdrose ("Navyhawk" on mode-S)

Weds 4/12/19: XX256/846CU full 736NAS mks arr 1020z; XX280/280 (last 3 in large numbering), towed onto VAS from AMRO late am, not known if latter flew later/dep.

XX280 back in AMRO after the air test was cancelled due to weather issues. XX256 brought the aircrew for the aborted test and returned home

Bluerigger thanks for that - would you have any callsign for these ?

This afternoon I heard KRAKEN 51 en route to Culdrose around 12.50 and later a pair, possibly calling SATAN ? ( didn't hear this clearly ) to Culdrose around 16.15 - thanks
