Made the trip over to Valley it was very very quite. Have they reduced there flying or is this how the air force is now. Logged between 10.30-13.30

Plus 4 maybe 5 texan's on there ramp and a jupiter departed and came back after 10 mins.

4 Texan's on ramp at 14.00 all flew pm ZM324/328/330/331

Many thanks i dont do reg's so it was only eyeball. Must of been ZK028. Shame i left i would liked to have seen the Texans fly. Many thanks both.

I think you mean "quiet"? Seems a bit quieter than a usual day at Valley, but don't forget that a huge amount of training is done in simulators these days.
Most RAF bases are pretty dead these days, even compared to 10 years ago.
That's "progress" I suppose.

I'm not an expert on the amount of flying on normal days, but I have been there ones, which was last year on june 13th, a log is also on this list.
Had 17 T.2 flying all day with numerous missions, starting at 8am until 6pm. in between some tucano's, Hawk T.1s
must have been Lucky then
will try again this june.
