VC-32A 99-0004

I have in my own data base the above serial with a date of 15th Sept 2009 but the location is missing. Burning question is where did I see it assuming the date is correct? (Not the USA!)

Try Mildenhall for that date, as was noted there according to MAR.

That makes perfect sense as I live 8 miles on the extended centre line of R/W 10 at Mildenhall.
Can't seem to find my MAR's from 2008 & 9. Typical.
