Hello
Bit of a long shot, first day working at RAF Lyneham 6th March 2000 and on or shortly after that date a Polish Air Force( or possibly Czech) Tu-154 on the far side of the airfield. Did anyone else see it and manage to get the registration. Many thanks. Mick
Did you know that registration to Fighter Control is completely free and brings you lots of added features? Find out more....

I think there was only 1 Czech TU-154 in service at that time - Serial 1016 - it was very active that year.

Hiya
Many thanks for that. Looking at the respective colour schemes at the time, and what I remember could well of been the czech.
Remember Hawk XX174 too. One and only Valley Hawk l did a major servicing on at Abingdon, all the rest being TWU examples
