At this day we arrived a little to late at the fence, in the distance we could see a group of ten Eurofighters fly away. I was told this was 3 Sqn heading for Spain if I'm not mistaken. Can anybody shed any light on this?

Hi there - looking at Military Aviation Review (MAR) for May 2007, it says 3 Sqn went to Moron on this date (18/04) with 7 (not 10) jets:
918/QO-L, 916-QO-U, 926/QO-Y, 917/QO-G, 922/QO-C, 934/QO-T, 814/QO-Z as RFR7380 flt of 4 & RFR7384 flt of 3.
They returned on 27/04.

Well, I was more convinced on 3 squadron heading for Spain than on the number, so must have been them. Thanks for the response, another chapter closed :D
