Many thanks and stay safe all,

BARG report one of them as being ZD892/DX using call sign RFR531B from and to Bruggen.

If it helps, ZE116 Tornado GR1A DG from 31 Sqn was present at the show on 25/07/93, but perhaps it came in with its 9 and 14 Sqn Bruggen oppos.

Were the MiG-21s in the weekend flying / static display? I don't remember them! I only have 204 An-26 from the Hungarian Air Force. :-(

Both Tornados flew direct from RAF Bruggen escorting the 4 x Mig-21's " Magyar Kapos " then RTB . RFR531A / RFR531B both 31 Sqn . I checked through the rest of the BARG's for 1993 but no tie up on the other one .

The Mig-21's and another AN-26 ( 209 ) were parked Northside among the flying assets .
