Can't find anything on an AAC Lynx coded 'AH'. There were a small number which had a number following the 'A' code, e.g. 'A1', but AAC Lynxes in general carried only a one-letter code. Nothing in the 'BAR' entries for Honington re. an AAC Lynx, so this one remains unidentified at the moment.

Cheers,
M

Lynx AH being the type (i.e. a green one) rather than the code I would have thought?

correct. Army Lynx. no code noted in my notebook.

Yes, it did cross my mind that 'AH' was representative of the type, but the earlier ref in the line to it being an 'Army Lynx' makes the 'AH' superfluous. Anyway, no sign of any reference to an AAC Lynx in the Honington report in 'BAR' for September 1992, though there is a full listing of the FAF deployment participants.

The correct c/n of the Su-27UB "389" is 96310413042. It is line number 0806.
