Morning all, can anyone help with the allocations/serials of based a/c from Bitburg, Hahn, Ramstien, Spangdalhem early 90's? Big ask I know but have lost the lists now.

I can put together some separate base lists from material in 'BAR' 1990-94 if that would help. Do you just want lists of the airframes per base, or is any info on the arrival or departure of individual airframes of use; and do you want info on airframe squadron allocation(s)? I can put together the lists between now and the end of this coming weekend. Let me know.

Apologies for the delay in getting this list up –work commitments cost me a week. The list is based on entries in ‘BAR’ from January 1990 through December 1994. One thing that soon becomes obvious is the degree of duplication of serials between each base’s squadrons, this a reflection of the numerous inter-squadron transfers of individual airframes during the time period. Anyway, hope it helps fill in the blanks in your records.

Yes, I can put together a list for B/W; will post it during the first half of next week - workload, a funeral and (hopefully) a bit of spotting at Lossiemouth later this week will eat away the time available this week, but there's certainly enough information in 'BAR' for a decent B/W list. I notice you went for the 'big four' USAFE bases; do you want anything for the likes of Sembach, Zweibrucken?

One thing I forgot to mention re. the list already posted: where more than one colour (or colours) is given for a squadron's fin bands, it is not necessarily the case that all of the aircraft in said squadron wore that band. Just thought I'd mention it so as to avoid any confusion if you are trying to tie up what you saw with what I have listed.
