REQ AV-8B 163515 and 163519 from 1993

During a visit to Yuma in October 1993 I saw an AV-8B code WL23. BARG at the time had a good rundown of based AV-8's, it looked like from a base visit, which tied this into being 163515. By April 1994 there is a photo of WL23 on the net, this time being 163519, BUT it was very difficult to distinguish the last digit from being a 9 or a 5. (I am content in the photo it is a 9)

4/93 no photo but ref BARG in Cherry Point NAD test facility (no code noted), also noted in same report in scrap compound!
4/95 EN14 photo (Cherry point airshow)

I believe the report of 163515 at Yuma in Oct 1993 to be a mispole for 163519 but is anyone able to confirm? 163519 was WL20 in March / April 1993 (two reports)

I.saw both 163519 WF23 VMA513 and 163515 no marks [but reported as ex WH14 ] at Cherry Point on 08-04-95

I noted WL23 as 163519 at Yuma 24.3.94, hope this helps. Phil
