SH-2F aboard the USS Truett (FF-1095)
SH-60B from HSL-48 aboard the USS Stephen W. Groves (FFG-29)

I've not been able to find anything on this shuck, have you tried the North West Air News forum? Being Liverpool based it might yield some more local knowledge!

Best guess 1970's and 1999
According to 'BAR', the SH-60B on the USS Stephen W. Groves was 163248/HR-502 of HSL-48. :thumb:

From USS Truet Facebook 19-23 Aug 1976 visited Liverpool. Not sure if it was it’s only visit.
May be worth posting on their site, they are building a list of cruises and port calls and may be able to answer your question
