Alright Chaps,

I realise this is a gigantic long shot but here goes, was anybody at Nellis on the above date or is their a place on the internet that keeps logs etc?

The reason I ask is because I was their on this day for a few hours, 3 USMC Chinooks came in (YT Tail code). I managed to get 1 of the serials but not the other 2.

Any help would be massively appreciated.

Well I wasn't there, unfortunately, but the 'Chinooks' you mention were USMC CH-46E Sea Knights of HMM-164 (now on MV-22Bs).
