Mysterious RAF Hercules over Edinburgh October 1991

Hi all on Tuesday 16 October and Wednesday 16 October 1991 I noticed an RAF Hercules circling overhead Edinburgh - Both days callsign was 3 QUEBEC TANGO 19. On both days the Herc did a few holds over Edinburgh followed by PD Approaches before heading off. Just wondered wether anyone could provide an ID for this Aircraft please.

'BAR' has no Herks noted for 15/10 and no entries at all for 16/10. The nearest date on which Herks were noted was 13/10, when C.3Ps XV299 and XV301 visited.

Scottish Air News may have had it, though usually (as BAR RAF Editor at that point) if it was in there we would've included too with due credit

Any mention anywhere for these dates of any RAF Hercules visiing Machrihanish Airfield at all? Thought I heard some mention ot there?
