Would anyone know what date the above went on display at Middle Wallop?

I got it noted on 10/9/00, but trying to confirm if that was my first sighting of it.

Was noted as Gate Guard in 1998 on scramble.nl show reports , couldn't find any reports of it there in the earlier years .
