A long shot but on 15/10/19 a C295, I think, callsign CASA985 was at the above and had been for the previous 3 days. This may be civil or have a test registration. Any idea of ID would be appreciated.

Callsign "CASA985" equates to c/n 185, which is Canadian EC-004/295502.
