looking in my logbook I've some big gaps regarding the based SA341Fs seen at the far side.
I've also consulted the scramble show report but also there not everything is tied up.
I've noted:
/ABF
/BBK
/BCF
1189/BCG
1077/BCK? => code not 100% certain
1129/BDB tie up scramble 1675/BDB. who's right?
/BDN
/BDO
/BED
/BEG
1373/BEJ. tie up scramble 1373/BGJ. who's right?
/BEL
/BGB
/BGL
1070/BGP
/BML
/BMO
plus no code noted: 1142, 1721
plus ids for 2 UH-1s seen inside a museum hangar.
If someone can add a few, that would be appreciated.
MTIA,
peter kesselaar

Re: REQ: Dax open day 18may2002
Peter,
I was at that show. As happened quite often at that time, a base list was obtained from a hangar board. I can add:
/ABF - code seen but not confirmed
/BBK - not seen, don't think code is valid - mispole?
/BCF - 1337 on base list
1189/BCG - agreed
1077/BCK? => code not 100% certain - 1077/BCK correct
1129/BDB tie up scramble 1675/BDB. who's right? - 1675/BDB read
/BDN - 1415 from base list
/BDO - 1229 from base list
/BED - not seen, don't think code is valid - mispole? I logged BGD (1657 from base list)
/BEG - not seen, don't think code is valid - mispole? I logged BGG (1707 from base list)
1373/BEJ. tie up scramble 1373/BGJ. who's right? - 1373/BGJ read
/BEL - not seen, don't think code is valid - mispole? - BGL as below?
/BGB - 1537 from base list
/BGL - 1612 from base list
1070/BGP - agreed
/BML - not seen, don't think code is valid - mispole?
/BMO - not seen, don't think code is valid - mispole?
plus no code noted: 1142, 1721 - 1142 doesn't exist. I logged 1147 without a code. 1721 was probably CWD, which I logged with no serial
plus ids for 2 UH-1s seen inside a museum hangar. - hmm, don't think this is correct!

Additional notes from my log:
ABF was 1193, in the Museum storage hangar.
BBK was probably a mis-log of BDK in the farside hangars; 1388 from the base list, confirmed May-04.
BCK = 1077 in Hangar H.
BDB - there were two: one was 1129 in Hangar H, the other was 1675 in the Museum storage hangar.
BDN 1415 was confirmed May-04.
BDO 1229 may have been BDD, as noted May-04.
BED possibly a mis-log of BDE 1452 on the flight line?
BGJ agree 1373.
BGB 1537 was confirmed May-04.
BGL 1612 was confirmed May-04.
1142 agree should be 1147 although I did not log it - by July-03 it was "DAX" preserved on base.
1721 was CWD also in the Museum storage hangar.
Cheers, ZF.
