How Do I Post Pictures?

Trying to figure out how to post some pictures in the Memorabilia Forum. When I hit the Insert Image button it doesn't give me an option to search for the image. Please help.

Silversurfer was well past 5 posts when he posted it, I think it was just a test image that he forgot to delete.
