Hi all
I use to go to Bentwaters Woodbridge Lakenheath and Mildenhall in the mid 80’s early 90’s
Work and family life then got in the way
I then found this great website and it got my juices flowing again especially for the photography
Hope to get my newly acquired camera down to the hall and heath at some point
Gary

Welcome Gary
Hope you enjoy the group, both hobbies (photography & aircraft) have changed a little(!) since the 1990s, oh to take a digital camera to those bases back then!

Your story is mine too, except I'm a decade older than that, and after checking out Mildenhall/LN we turned left instead of right, and found our way home via Alconbury and maybe Upper Heyford.
Then I left home and concentrated on a family....
Years later I'm in mid Norfolk with time to look up and ponder "what was that" as yet another CV-22 chunters through on it's way to Sculthorpe.
