London Mil Squawks

Hi guys,
Is there any way of been able to tell from a squawk where abouts the aircraft is? i.e. 6144 would be Lon mil east/6105 would be Lon central. The reason I ask is that I sometimes have a look at mode s logs when I get home from work to see what has been up and about,but when they just show a Lon mil/Scottish mil squawk then I cant tell apart from it been Scotland or England.

ENR1.6 - They're not split by ICF though.

Many thanks chaps. This is the list I use, and I wasn't sure if the split blocks of numbers meant that a certain part of Lon Mil used certain squawk codes.
