Hi all,

A newbie to the forum but not so much this hobby!

All things military taking the majority of my interest, having spent time living in the locality of RAF Fairford and RAF Brize Norton and now living within shouting distance of RAF Odiham and RAF Benson. I tend to be out and about on Salisbury plain at least once a month catching the many rotary movements out there and spend the rest of the time at the fence of the likes of RAF Lakenheath, RAF Mildenhall and RAF Coningsby.

I look forward to using the forum and contributing what I can and where I can!
Cheers!

Hi. My name is James so name on here took a lot of thought. I live in West Yorkshire and have recently visited RAF Leeming a few times. Went to Coningsby earlier in the year. Have had a long interest in aviation - was in the ATC many years ago. Now I am partially retired so have time to visit airfields during the week, bought a second hand camera this year - still not sure about the settings but have got some good photos - well by my standards. Looking forward being part of the conversation and not just an observer. Cheers James

Good morning, I'm new here. I love all things aviation, I'm from North Wales and visit Valley often. Occasionally go to the Mach Loop. Went to RIAT for the first time which was unbelievable. Going to Cosford in June which I'm excited for.

Hey all, I'm Tom and I've loved aviation since my uncle used to take me to Cosford nearly every weekend! I've just gotten into photography this past year and I don't live that close to any particular airfield so I try to visit different places every couple of months, but my favourite so far has to be RAF Coningsby! Look forward to taking part here, thanks!

Hi All

My name is Simon and have been passionate about military aircraft for as long as I can remember. Starting with many junior years watching over the hedges of RAF St Mawgan until my friends and I were able to drive. This opened up many trips to Mildenhall and Lakenheath plus many bases which no longer exist. I was also been lucky enough to travel down the west coast of America a couple of years ago, visiting bases and museums galore and can’t wait to go back.
Endless amounts of time chasing serial numbers which fill the log books but now it’s all about the photographic opportunities, recording as many types as possible before they disappear.
Having viewed the site for a while I needed to make the effort to join in! The information gained can be invaluable.

Cheers

Simon

Hi all, just want to say thanks for letting me join, been a spotter/enthusiast since I was just 3 years old when I went to RIAT 2010 (the F-22 sparked something in me lol).

I've only picked up photography in the last year, but I look forward to sharing some pics (primarily Lakenheath and Mildenhall) and meeting some like minded people!

Hi All, I've been an aviation photographer for almost 30 years, based in Hungary. Since there's not much happening in my country I try to travel abroad as much as possible. Andras

Hi all,

Not new to the forum but new to posting, spent many hours on hills in Wales and the Lake District waiting for not very many aircraft!

Looking forward to getting involved,

Michael
