A look through viewtopic.php?f=310&t=228670 from last month should give an idea of what is typically visible - it's pot luck really. If you're unlucky, nothing will be outside - unlikely at the moment as ZH878 (ex.RAF Hercules C4) appears to be being stored out on the airfield - today that was the only Hercules I noted outside when the Qatari returned.

If you're lucky though, aircraft may be pulled out of one of the hangars for work, an engine run in the engine-running pen or an airtest or to allow a reshuffle of the planes to allow another one in after arrival or out ready for flight.

When 84004 arrived this lunchtime, the only other Hercules outside was ZH878.

Another Hercules could be heard running in the Engine Bay.

They do seem to put everything into the hangars quickly at the moment.
