The above KC-130J arrived at Cambridge this afternoon around 13:40 from Shannon. Can anyone advise if it has been left outside over the weekend? Also seen outside was 165738/BH and 170039/BH, the latter of which did an air-test this afternoon. Cheers John

Austrian 8T-CC - Hidden between the hangars near the tower, visible tail-on from Airport way.
South African 409 - Parked at West end of airfield.

USMC QH9225 by tower, QD9532, BH5738 mixed in with ex RAF (counted 10, serials all hidden)
SAAF 409 still west end

As of first thing this morning, USMC 5738/BH, 9532/QD, 9225/QH were outside near to the tower.

South African 409 was at the west end of the airfield.

No sign of 169227 outside after yesterday's test flight.

List updated 26th March to delete 169227 USMC which departed on the 22nd March having arrived on the 28th September 2023. I have been unable to keep up with movements or this list for the last three weeks so please don't hesitate to let me know if anything has happened that I have missed.

Had a quick stop off here yesterday morning 27/03/24 on my way to Mildenhall & saw at least 11 C-130's outside, but could only identify ZH883 (by its tail markings) & 9225/QH. Does anybody have an up to-date list of which C-130's are outside please?

Inventory of stored ex RAF Hercs outside (11 aircraft, formerly ZH8**):
three on the side of H17 - 66, 69 and 65; four in the front of H17 - 70 (special tail), 79, 68 and 88; four at the tower - 72, 89, 75 and 71.

Other Hercs:
USMC 165738 on the side of H16; Dutch G-988 and USMC 170037 delivered; SAAF 409 was towed into H17 MX after running engines in GRE.
