RAF SHAWBURY AUGUST MOVES

My brother saw a large helicopter land at Shawbury today, possibly a AW139.

Arrived at about 12.00 and left at about 16.15

Colour scheme looked to be mainly white with bright yellow patches.

Anyone any ideas?

It was the other one for Dutch Atillies coastguard G-CFUO, would guess its due to dep via road possibly by end of the week ?

I was at Shawbury for a couple of hours today and G-CFUO departed the airfield after some time maneouvring around.

Out and about over Ellesmere today, which is unusual for a weekend

Must have been what I saw from London Road cricket ground then, it was orbiting over the Bayston Hill area from what I could make out. I thought it was odd for a Saturday
