As the Winter night draw in I thought taht we could have a Thread devoted to 'Your Best Build'
The Idea being that you posta few shots and a few words about a build you consider your best. It maybe becuase it is your best or you just had a good memory of it or a dedication - it is your choice!
So please gents post away....
I will get mine up when I get home from work tonight

Re: Your Best Build...
I think this has to be my best build, its not exactly brilliant but it was the first kit I ever pre shaded and used a weathering wash on the cockpit.
Its my accurate miniatures 48th scale Avenger flight 19
This was one of those models where I just sat back and admired it as I couldn't believe it came out as well as it did and more importantly it proved to me how easy these techniques can be.
Thats always been my own motto 'maximum effect, minimum effort'

Mine has to be this. I just loved everything about the build with this kit and I still enjoy looking at it now ...

Re: Your Best Build...
Looks good Daz,
As i have said a few times before, your builds would improve two - three fold if you purchased a few sanding sponges. if you want a few i can post you a couple...
Other than looks good.
Shaun,
One to be proud of, was a bit disapponted that the canopy got broke at the nationals at the weekend. I'm sure it will be easily fixed one i get it back...

Re: Your Best Build...
Mmmm, I think I would have to go with my Hellenic RF-4E Phantom, there's just something about the SEA scheme that edges it before the F-4E-AUP and F16D.

Here's mine. My Bucc that I did for the last competition. Not only do I really like the model it has made me fall in love with the Brick.
Hopefully my next one after the my Avenger for the competition (still need to make a thread for it) will be better

Re: Your Best Build...
A tough one but my Canberra probably just edges it - main reason was the camo came out just as I wanted it and it was my first play with pastel post shading
