Hi
Once I saw a pic of this I had to make it A real Tiger RAAF 2 OCU painted up for the retirement of the Classic Hornet . A friend in Australia said Ronin decals in Oz had done it in 48th scale and were going to do it in 32nd after requests but has not appeared , was looking on Ebay a few weeks ago and came across DEKLS , never heard of them so took a chance , glad I did Decals are laser printed, which I dont mind at all after using them on a lot of airliners , white backgrounds are provided for underneath the colour decals and work very well , very thin and go down well with a touch of setting solution , I used Revell 30 for the Orange , the the black stipes were applied over it , decals are slightly larger in width , so with a sharp knife can be trimmed back to make a nice sharp edge . A full set of stencils are included
The kit itself is boxed by Kinetic but is actually the Academy kit(s) with all parts provided to make an F/A-18A/B/C/D
Finished with the usual Xtracolor and Alclad I really enjoyed this
Thanks for looking
Paul

Awesome build. Gotta agree with Paddy....that cockpit is exceptional.

Wow, that is one of your best Paul. Cracking paint scheme. Love all the ‘tiger’ aircraft. Our Jaguar looked superb.
Cockpit as usual is stunning
